INFANT FEEDING


Good nutrition is vital that children grow up healthy and strong. Eating well involves not only physical, but also his intellectual development. If your child has or does not feed properly during the first years of life, can have a profound effect on their health and their ability to learn, to communicate with others, think analytically, to socialize effectively, adapt to new environments and people and especially to their school performance. A good diet can significantly affect their future.

Food is the basis for a good physical, mental and social development of children. Therefore, a healthy diet is vital for optimal growth.
It is advisable not to abuse of the vegetable fats and eat at least five times a day fruit and vegetables.
Good nutrition and exercise training is the first line of defense against many childhood diseases that may leave marks on the children for life.

Good nutrition and good health are directly connected through the lifetime, but the connection is even more vital during childhood.
It is in this period that children can develop good habits for food in terms of the variety, taste, etc.
The effects of malnutrition in early childhood (0 to 8) can be devastating and long lasting.
May prevent the development of behavioral, cognitive, educational achievement and reproductive health and thus weakening the future productivity at work.
